Facilitating for Performance in Roles, Solving Problems, and Providing Skills
Personal Action Plan - A Personal Action Plan is prepared by each student following their classroom training. They should use it as a reminder for themselves of what they will do when they return to work that will implement what they have learned in the classroom
Classroom Training- Think classrooms are specially designed to facilitate adult education material delivery. They are equipped with the latest technology for displaying materials and providing areas for discussions and instruction. Each classroom Think trains in must meet minimum standards for layout, functionality, and organization.
The Human CEO Mastery Program- People think of CEOs as the pinnacles of the business world. When you are at that level you are expected to be self-starting, self-monitoring, and are completely responsible for your decisions; to paraphrase US President Harry Truman "The buck stops with the CEO".
Courage - Courage comes from the willingness to move forward making the decisions and solving the problems that are necessary for you to reach your goals. To be courageous you need to have confidence in your abilities and this can only be attained through practice.
Engagement - Engagement comes from being passionate about what you are doing. It may take you some time and introspection to discover why you should be passionately devoted the roles you fill at your organization but once you are engaged your work, and life, become meaningful.
Organization - Organization is essential if you want to accomplish anything. Benjamin Franklin said "by failing to prepare, you are preparing to fail." Once you have a plan you need to know how to follow it, evaluate it, and revise it.
