Pushing the envelope even further we are now including Fanatical Follow Up for free with every publicly offered course we deliver.

21 days of Fanatical Follow Up for every public class for every participant. For the month following your training with us we invite you to participate in our Fanatical Follow up program. This helps make the training stick. It helps you maintain that training high so you can affect new habits within yourself and your role at work.
Personal Accountability Contracts
As part of every Think training session the participants are asked to create Personal Accountability Contracts that essentially say two things: 1. They will continue learning by going through the Fanatical Follow Up materials made available to them by Think after the course 2. They will complete any follow-up assignments sent to them by Think.
Reinforced Learning
The main points of the course are reinforced through this presentation and some testing is done which may or may not form part of the post-assessment. A link to the online e-learning is provided to the participant using email after they have attended the training.
Participants Agree
Participants agree to do the extra follow up work because they understand it is an essential part of the training. They know the training will not be as effective as it can be if they do not put into practice and reflect upon the training they have received in the classroom.
Quick and Easy
Follow Up is a series of miniature online learning events that take place on a daily basis and only take a few minutes of the participants time. Participants get a review of the material presented in class and is included in their Participant Workbook, handouts, and other resources provided by Think.
Learning Paths
Participant are encouraged to seek a Learning Path that they can advance upon. This learning path is tailored to their needs and can change as with changing roles, arising problems, and skills they need to learn.
Life-long learning
To encourage life-long learning we have a limited-time offer for a few individuals to start a life-long learning training program with Think. Any participant may, for a one-time payment, attend any Think Training course they would like. (Some restrictions apply, ask your sales rep for more info.)
