PBBA Atlantic Inc is doing business as Think Training in Atlantic Canada. Soon to be incorporated under a single name, Think Training is presently co-owned by Randy Ansems the Founder and President Kaye Parker.


Kaye has been an owner of PBBA Atlantic for over 15 years. Randy has since joined the company as the Training Coordinator.
Kaye Parker

Kaye Parker, APR, CHRP, RPR, CTM is a facilitator, consultant, coach, professional speaker, author, and president of PBBA Atlantic Inc., president of Think Training and the Past President of CAPS Halifax.

Kaye has a background as a teacher, (Education, UNB; Adult Education, St. Francis Xavier University). She also has a breadth of experience working in supervisory and management positions, both within government and for private sector organizations.

Randy Ansems

Randy has a Bachelors of Business Administration from Acadia University in Wolfville, NS. Randy owns a number of other companies in the IT sales and marketing world. ITO Computer Solutions and ITO International Training Organization (formerly Velsoft Interactive). Randy has a strong background in accounting (his university major) and has worked for one of the big 5 accounting firms in the CA program.

Randy was instrumental in growing Velsoft International a company that sold Courseware around the world. We maintained a who's-who of customers including Microsoft, Yale, Harvard, Princeton, the President's Office of the United States, the NFL, NASA and the UN.

Velsoft saw a staggering 100% growth 5 years in a row while Randy was involved. Now using those skills to grow Think Business Training at a similar pace, and putting his expertise towards helping our customers do the same.
