Professional Administrator Designation

Professionals who provide support to other individuals, other departments and to external customers have never been more challenged than they are today.

You are expected to do "whatever it takes" to get the job done. You are up against change every day. This Designation will help you succeed on your choosen career path.
Step 1
There is one mandatory workshop: "The Administrative Leader".
Step 2
Complete any additional 7 days of training (9 days in total), from a range of public workshops offered by Think, or through additional in-house training to earn a Diploma for the Administrative Professional.
The Designation
The designation, Canadian Administrative Professional (CAP), is a Canada-wide designation that signifies a commitment to ongoing professional education and training for career growth.
